when will my order ship ?
Handmade & Shipping Schedule
Every Marché Allure product is thoughtfully handmade and packaged with care. While many items are kept in stock, all orders are prepared and finalized once they enter our system.
Orders ship on designated Ship Days: Monday and Thursday.
If your item is ready, it will be sent out on the next available ship day after your order is received.
For customers in the Atlanta metro area, local pickup is available if you prefer not to wait for shipping. Pickup details will be provided after checkout.
Processing Times
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
Business days exclude weekends, federal holidays, and personal observance days.
As a one-woman brand, each product is handcrafted with intention and precision. Creating a high-quality experience for you is always the priority, and that level of care takes time.

What is the return policy?
Returns & Product Safety Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Our body butters are personal-use skincare items and cannot be returned or resold once opened.
Because our products are applied directly to the skin, any item that has been opened, touched, or had its seal removed is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This policy ensures the health, safety, and protection of all Marché Allure customers.
Every order is carefully packaged using gloves and sealed to maintain quality and freshness. Once the protective seal has been broken, the product is considered accepted and yours to keep.
If you experience any issues with your order, please email us with clear photos of the product so we can properly review and address your concern. Your satisfaction matters, and we are always happy to assist when possible.

Shipping & Processing Information
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please note that this confirmation does not mean your order has shipped — it simply confirms that your order has been received and is now being processed.
After processing is complete, your package will be delivered to the post office. Please allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
If you have any questions after receiving your shipping confirmation, feel free to email us. We’re happy to look into your order and ensure everything is on track.
Important Shipping Notice
Due to occasional USPS delays and staffing shortages, delivery times may be longer than usual. Tracking updates may also appear less frequently while your package is in transit.

I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS….HOW DO I FIX IT?
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order with your full name and the correct shipping address.
Please note that address modifications require additional handling and carrier adjustments. A processing fee will apply, and an invoice will be sent for payment before the change is finalized.
